*APR = Annual Percentage Rate. The 5.99% rate quoted is an introductory rate for the first 12 months of your loan. After that, the rate will convert to either Prime or Prime + 1.25%, depending on creditworthiness. The offer is good through 7/31/2024. The property must be owner-occupied and located within our field of membership; other California locations may be eligible.
