  • Pay Bills Online – Our Bill Pay service helps make one-time or automated payments for utilities, loan payments, and services of all kinds. There's no need to go to the post office or buy stamps.   • Use our mobile apps. Manage your accounts no matter where you may be. Deposit checks, make payments, and conduct most other crucial financial business. Download a SCCCU mobile app. (Apple or Google Play).

  • Access your accounts using an ATM. You can easily withdraw cash or make deposits at any SCCCU ATM, or any CO-OP ATM nationwide for FREE. Find an ATM near you. SCCCU ATMs are located at our branches and New Leaf Market Westside (1101 Fair Ave., Santa Cruz). CO-OP ATM Network Apps - Apple or Google Play.

  • Use a Night Deposit Box at any of our branches. SCCCU has 24/7 outdoor deposit boxes at each of our branches to safely deposit cash or checks at your convenience.

  • Contact our Member Call Center for support at 831-435-7708 (Option 5). We’ll help you make a loan payment, transfer funds, general account assistance or help you connect with our consumer, business or real estate lending departments. (Available during regular business hours.)  24/7 Automated Phone Banking – Telephone-based account access available at 831-425-7708 (Option 1).

  • Online Loan Applications – Apply any time, day or night for Personal Loans using our online loan application.

  • Emergency Loans –  If you need funds to help a short-term gap in income due to business closures or illness, please call us at 831-425-7708. Our emergency loan program is designed to help our members through a crisis like the one we’re experiencing.

  • Send Loan Documents Securely – When needing to send supporting documents for your loan application or existing loan, send securely at

Business Resources



  • Small Business Administration - 
    The SBA will work directly with state Governors to provide targeted, low-interest loans to small businesses and non-profits that have been severely impacted by the Coronavirus (COVID-19). The SBA’s Economic Injury Disaster Loan program provides small businesses with working capital loans of up to $2 million that can provide vital economic support to small businesses to help overcome the temporary loss of revenue they are experiencing.
