- Locate your Individual ID# on your direct mail letter (see left for locations). If you reached this page from your email, your Individual ID# is located above the ACCEPT OFFER button. All numbers are the same.
- Click on the ACCEPT MY OFFER button on this page. It will take you to an email.
- Type your FULL NAME and INDIVIDUAL ID# in this email and click send to accept your offer. (NOTE: Your Individual ID# is a unique code only we know and will allow us to securely review your offer and process your loan request. DO NOT provide your member number or any other personal financial information in this email.)
- Upon receipt of your email, we will process your loan request, and your funds will be ready to use within 24 hours of receipt (as long as your email request is received on a business day).
