Mortgage Payment Assistance Available at SCCCU

If you're concerned about making your monthly mortgage payments, we can help. During these tough economic times, SCCCU is committed to helping our members who may be struggling to make ends meet. Additionally, the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) will also assist you with access to a HUD-certified housing counseling agency. When you contact the Credit Union, be sure to have the following available so we can better serve you: 

  • W-2 statements for the last two years
  • IRS federal tax returns for all borrowers for the last two years
  • Current pay stubs for all borrowers
  • Hardship letter explaining your circumstances
  • Two months current statements for all deposit and retirement accounts
  • Monthly statements from all mortgage lenders, including SCCCU (at least three months)
  • Listing agreement for the your property (with asking price if currently listed for sale) 
  • Any offers to purchase your property currently being considered.
