Removal of Digital Account Information
Finastra archives user data deleted from the system to facilitate account recovery. The archived user data includes information linking the user to Santa Cruz Community Credit Union (SCCCU) account(s) and the user’s personalized settings. Finastra cannot use archived user data to access financial accounts or other protected information. Finastra retains this archived data indefinitely for the duration of its business relationship with SCCCU business relationship, after which time it is permanently deleted.
No. This will remove your account access for all digital products at SCCCU, including mobile (Android and iPhone) and Online Banking.
