Express Pay FAQ
Enroll directly to the Express Pay portal here. (IMPORTANT: You must register separately for Express Pay as it is a separate system from Online Banking. Additionally, using this link, you will not be enrolled in Online Banking at SCCCU.)
You can find your account number on your monthly statement. If you cannot find it, please call us at 831-425-7708 for assistance.
Anyone who is a borrower on the loan and registers through the Express Pay portal can pay at any time.
You can use a savings account, checking account, or debit card to make payments. Please note that you cannot use Express Pay to make loan payments to any SCCCU Real Estate Loan, Solar Loan, Business Loan, or Home Equity Line of Credit.
You can set up one-time or recurring payments through the Express Pay portal.
You can make payments on most of your SCCCU loans and Visa cards using the Express Pay portal. IMPORTANT: You cannot use Express Pay for SCCCU Real Estate Loans (including HELOCs), Solar Loans, or Business Loans.
Payments made before 6 p.m. Monday through Friday will be posted on that business day. Payments made after 6 p.m. Monday through Friday or over the weekend will be credited the following business day. The payment will be credited the next business day if Monday is a holiday.
To schedule recurring transfers to your SCCCU loan from any SCCCU account, select Funds Transfer from the menu. Choose the appropriate amount, frequency, start date, and repeat duration. Once scheduled, you can manage this payment within the Online Activity menu.
We recommend using the Express Pay portal as it is an easy, self-service option to manage your payments. However, you can call us at 831-425-7708 to set up recurring monthly payments using ACH. Please be prepared with your checking or savings account number and routing number from your financial institution so we can expedite your set-up.
Yes. Members can still call us or visit any branch to make payments.
