Marketing Team Wins National Award for “Mobi” Design
Santa Cruz Community Credit Union (SCCCU) was among 181 credit unions nationwide named as winners of the prestigious Diamond Awards, America's Credit Unions Marketing, PR & Development Council’s annual competition recognizing excellence in credit union marketing.
America’s Credit Unions Marketing, PR & Development Council announced the winners of the year’s Diamond Awards, recognizing the most effective and innovative marketing campaigns across the credit union industry. This year’s competition drew a record 1,481 submissions, reflecting the exceptional quality of work produced by credit unions nationwide.
“We’re honored to be recognized among the best in the industry. This award reflects our team’s commitment to delivering ‘service where you live’ to our members without any access to financial services,” explained Elizabeth Carr, President/CEO of SCCCU. “MobiBranch, our new drivable mobile branch, allows us to tell the Credit Union’s story in powerful and meaningful ways, and not just to our Board, but to those we’ve committed to serve.”
This year’s award featured an original design for the Credit Union’s MobiBranch, with a clever tie-in to Santa Cruz's local flavor. “We are proud to recognize SCCCU as a Diamond Award winner,” said Lorrell Bellotti, Diamond Awards Co-chair and Chief Marketing Officer at Western Vista FCU in Cheyenne, Wyoming. “Their entry demonstrates an understanding of the people they serve and strategic execution that delivers measurable impact.”
